Hiring A Phone Sex Operator

Phone sex operators are the core employees and independent contractors that drive our business. Who you hire, how you compensate and your leadership of your staff defines your company to your clients.

Do you know who you have hired to represent your business? After all your operator is the probably the only person your customer should ever come in contact with and how your operator deals with your customer has a lot to do with whether they will use your service again. Sure an operator can have a sexy voice and a great set pictures, but does you phone sex operator offer meaningful customer service? Is she professional when it comes to answering the phone, billing your customer accurately and providing the service he requested with a smile on her face? The answer should be yes to all these questions. Most important is the smile, believe it or not it does show through on the phone.

When you hire a new operator her customer service skills should be a top priority, sure she might have the voice, but if she cant say please or thank you then you both wasting. Happy to serve and appreciative of the fact your customer chose you over the hundreds of other services on the internet should be the your attitude towards your operator.

Selecting a new operator to interview from all the employment applications you receive is an adventure all its own. What do you look for when reviewing an employment application? I can only speak for my company, but I look for maturity, spelling, availability and employment history. I treat each applicant like she is going to be manning my front cash register, she is the first and last person my customer will come in contact with.

Is she confident and understands your company's customer mission? Will she show up on time? Does she possess a sense of loyalty? Are three key points when selecting an applicant. A word to the wise, never hire a person who skips around from one service to another. Chances are she is lousy at customer service and has trouble working with others. In fact my company rarely hires anyone who has worked for another service, we do not want her bad habits in our ranks. I can usually tell by the the way she answers the phone when we initially contact her for an interview, whether we will hire her or not. Did she smile when she said hello, was she respectful and did she possess a rudimentary understanding on how to communicate with a stranger?

In closing keep these things in mind when you hire a phone sex operator. Does she have a smile that shines through when you contact her? Has she been able to maintain a working relationship with previous employers? Or does she seem to get around a lot. Was her spelling correct and did she take care to to make sure her application was as good as it could be? Does she sincerely understand who her boss is? In other words understands your customer is the one who pays the bills. Good luck.
